Where did you get all this content?

A good chunk of it (primarily from the "Media" and "Rarities" sections) are from my own blood, sweat and tears in addition to the images found in the "Game Info", "Characters," "Creatures" and "Items & Notes" sections. Other sources are various gaming websites, forums, magazines, DVDs, etc. And last but certainly not least, from awesome SH2 fans such as yourself.

I have some SH2 info that's not on the site. Can I submit it to you?

Of course! Without the undaunting dedication of SH2 fans such as yourself this site wouldn't be as comprehensive as it is today. Just fill out the contact form with the info. If the info gets put up on the site your name will be credited on the special thanks section.

I found an error/typo on a page. Do you want to know about it?

Very much so! With all the content there is on this site there's bound to be errors here and there. If you find anything out of place please fill out the contact form. Make sure to provide the URL to the page in question as well, please.

Without a doubt! The more sites we share links with the bigger the town of Silent Hill becomes (heh, see what I did there?). Just fill out the contact form and if everything checks out okay your site will be listed on the links page.

Why are videos not playing?

To view videos you must have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed. If you do not have the appropriate version of Flash the content will not load. This site uses Adobe Flash 8 and higher. Download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.

Mozilla users: If you are using a plug-in such as "Ad Blocker Plus" be sure it is not blocking the Flash content on the domain "igotaletter.com".

Why are videos loading so slow and buffering often?

Letter From Silent Heaven uses HTTP Delivery as its method of presenting videos. HTTP Delivery is the same protocol used to deliver web pages and isn't optimized for fast/streaming media feed. In order to deliver optimized streaming video the site would have to use a RTMP or CDN server which specialize in streaming content. Unfortunately, RTMP and CDN servers are very expensive to use and a small fansite such as this cannot afford those servers. You can learn more about streaming video here.

The site tells me I need Javascript to view it?

This site uses various scripts to call content onto the site. Some of the scripts include the use of Javascript. If you have Javascript disabled on your browser the site will not load or function correctly. We apologize for the inconvenience but to ensure optimal user-experience Javascript must be enabled for this site. Check your browser's Internet Options panel to view the settings for Javascript and enable it for this domain.
