Brookhaven Hospital

On the left table in the Reception Office, 1F. On the left wall in S11, 3F.

"Alternate" Hospital

On the wall in the unmarked room, 1F that you enter from the garden. In the east stairwell on 3F. On the right wall by the exiting lobby doors.

Silent Hill Historical Society

On the counter of the Silent Hill Historical Society when you enter.

Toluca Prison

On one of the pillars in the Cafeteria, 1F. On the wall by the urinals in the Men's Washroom, 1F. On the wall by the door to enter The Labyrinth, after the long elevator ride.

Labyrinth

On the wall after you come up the ladder, right before you encounter Angela. On a grave in the Catacomb.

Toluca Lake

On the barrel at the corner on the dock.

Lakeview Hotel

On one of the chairs in the Lobby, 1F. On the wall in the Employee Elevator Room, 2F on the east side of the hotel.
